Hi
The eagle is part of a pouch badge, it should have a separate crown/coronet although sometimes they are found attached.it is RIF.

I haven't done anything with them yet so may just hold onto them a little longer, although if they are ok I intend popping them into my trades album

I have this picture where we see an arm badge similar to yours! But I do not remember the origin anymore. If that can help you...
