Herts Imperial Yeomanry

I have this photoframe with a coloured postcard of a member of the Herts Imperial Yeomanry underneath there is a brass badge which I am unfamiliar with, is it a collar badge of the Herts Imperial Yeomanry?

Rob, I think it's a sweetheart badge that would originally have had a blue enamel title scroll background. They do turn up now and again.

Hoot, many thanks for your answer, it is not a badge I have ever come across before and as I do not specifically collect sweethearts I don't often look at them at fairs.
