Mike, looks like Northumberland Hussars and probably circa 1911-13 at pre WW1 Territorial/Yeomanry camp.

Its the NH (The Noodles) post 1920. I am not 100% but I think pre WW1 they still had their grey bands on the khaki caps ...as below.

Looking again I would agree with Griff that it is a between the wars photo - possibly even mid 1930s.
