RAF POW Interest
Has any one comes across these before? not in my normal collecting field but nice. I am sure there is a great story behind them.

I believe that a 'Kreigie' was a slang term for a POW, from the German Kriegsgefangener.

Quite unusual produced for reunions I suspect and must be very low production numbers.
There will not be many around The Swastica Is unusual to see on a post war British badges in deed on any British badge. Other than war savings badge and early Boy scout medal. Stephen |

Yes Craig I have also heard that this was a 'term' used between fellow POW's.
Stephen I also agree it is unusual to see a Swastika on a British badge even worn by POW's Regards |
