Default Borderers..Good or Bad..?

Hi Chaps,

This badge just arrived as part of a gift from a friend. He is not a collectors but has been kind enough to send a few pieces along that he doesn't want, so always happy to get such gifts.

Not a badge I'm familiar with so would appreciate any information and/or comments regards date and authenticity?

Cheerio,

Roy

The unfinished voiding in the crest, relative flatness, originals are more domed, and feeted lugs would shy me away from this one.

Rgds, Thomas.

Hi Thomas,

Thank you for that, good to know.

As mentioned this just came in as part of a larger gift, I wasn't even expecting it, so nothing lost at all.

Cheerio,

Roy
