Default Greetings and questions

Hello everyone!

New member here and happy to have stumbled upon this wealth of knowledge. I am currently working on a collection of RCD badges and titles. I have a few WWI Era cap badges, and a EVIIR Era badge on its way. I'm wondering if there are any books or reference materials that I can cite for reference when looking to expand my collection. I understand there was a book by Mazeas. But are there any other ones I should pick up?

I am also currently collecting RCAC badges as well and have a nice collection going there as well. Again if there are any solid reference material I'd be happy to gain any input!

Cheers

Brad

Hello Brad, Welcome to the Forum. Your account is active and open for posts. There are a few Canadian collectors here that contribute.
There are two books by Mazeas, the Pre-1914 one and the 1920-1950 one. Check through the treads here. The RCD badge has been discussed a few times.

Brad,
The next time you are in Kingston, give me a shout. I can give you my museum tour and show you some of my suggested references.

Make use of the Badge Projects at the top of the page.

Hi Brad

Welcome to the Forum. Nice theme.

If you are in the G'town area, I can probably show you some RCD Badges you may be interested in.

regards
Darrell

Phillip I certainly will give you a shout next time I am up in Kingston!

Darrell, I'm currently posted to the winter Wonderland we call Gagetown. Would enjoy seeing what you have at some point.
