WW1 Line Infantry: Complete!
Hi all
Well, I've finally completed my WW1 Line Infantry O/R's cap badge series. I'm looking to get them framed at some point soon, so if anyone has the time/inclination to give them the once-over I would really appreciate it. I'm confident they are all genuine, but if anyone sees anything "iffy", or suspect please let me know http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/for...p?albumid=1963 Thnx Colin

Hi Colin
I am no expert on WW1 cap badges, but it looks to me that you have a fine collection there ! Congratulations, and thank you very much for sharing them with us. Regards. Jeff |

I used to have a framed display of all the WW1 infantry badges, one of the things I regret having let go. Its a great theme for a collection.

Fortunately that's all behind me (by nearly 40 years) but I'm delighted to see that one can still complete such a collection. Well done |

Nice collection Colin,
I sold my first set, to fund another group of badges, unlike Julian, I did not include Territorial Infantry but like him, I did include the R.M.L.I and the five Guards regiments. I have started again and this time I have, so far, 47 badges !!! I think they are a great group to collect in ones own time so, onwards and upwards ? Dave.
