The Badges with Kings Crown would be for a Sick Berth Attendant (Physiotherapist) and date from after 1949. The Badge without crown could be later.

Letter 'M' was used for the Physiotherapist (originally Masseur) sub specialisation up to 1970 when it exchanged letters with the Mental Nurse (originally letter 'P').

Hope this helps
