Kustenwache=The German Federal Coast Guard (German: Küstenwache des Bundes) is a civilian law enforcement organisation whose primary missions are border protection, maritime environmental protection, shipping safety, fishery protection and customs enforcement. The Küstenwache is an association of several federal agencies, not a single entity like the United States Coast Guard.

In the last picture you have two patches of VÄRMLAND, those are Värmland County is a county in west central Sweden. It borders the Swedish counties of Dalarna, Örebro and Västra Götaland, as well as the Norwegian counties of Østfold, Akershus and Hedmark to the west.
Most probably a commercial patch.

You also have POLISEN KARLSTAD wihch is swedish for Karlstad Police......probably a shoulder patch for the local police unit.
Karlstad is a city, the seat of Karlstad Municipality, the capital of Värmland County, and the largest city in the province Värmland in Sweden.

About the BLUE KNIGHTS patch. The Blue Knights® International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, is a non-profit fraternal organization consisting of active and retired law enforcement officers who enjoy riding motorcycles. In the Spring of 1974, several law enforcement officers from the Bangor, Maine (USA) area met and formed a small, local motorcycle club.

San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department

SBSD provides law enforcement services to the unincorporated areas of the county and contract law enforcement services to 14 of the county's cities, serving a total of 1,029,466 of the county's 2 million residents. The department also operates the county jail system, provides marshal services for the county superior courts, and has numerous other specialized divisions to serve the citizens of San Bernardino County.

In the first picture you have a East-German shoulder patch;Volkspolizei-Bereitschaft
The Volkspolizei-Bereitschaften (VPB, German for Police Company) were barracked, paramilitary riot and anti-insurgency police units in East Germany, under the control of the (East German) Ministry of the Interior. They had the status of a regiment, and were considered part of the Armed Forces of the German Democratic Republic, even though they were never a part of the National People's Army (NVA) or the Ministry of National Defence (East Germany) and were the militarily armed and trained branch of the Ministry for State Security which operated as the secret police force of East Germany. As such, they were comparable to the Internal Troops of the NKVD in the Soviet Union.

5n the first picture you have a patch, third row centre,it is for the The Nordrhein-Westfalen Polizei or NRW Polizei, are the state police of North Rhine Westphalia. They are in charge of all police activities, from traffic control, to enforcement and investigation.

http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0wIYRQ1nCI...lizei+pair.jpg

And on the same row, first patch is for the Rheinland-Pfalz Polizei & Saarland Polizei

In the second row,the five police patches are uniform patches from the old green style Hamburg Polizei uniforms. The green uniforms, and this style patch, were adopted in 1975. They are obsolete now that the Hamburg Polizei have switched over to the standard blue police uniforms.

First row, last patch is a uniform patch from Hessen Polizei, the German State Police of Hessen. It dates to the 1975 to 1988 time frame. Prior to 1975, the patches were oval, instead of shield shaped.

First row, first on the left; is from Schleswig Holstein Polizei, the German State Police of Schleswig Holstein.

Can anyone help?
