Default Dutch WW2 Schalkhaar Politie

When Holland was occupied by Germany in WW2 , the SS established a Communal Police Force. It was decided to train 3000 demobilised soldiers from the Dutch Army at The Police School at Schalkhaar and they were referred to as the Schalkhaar Politie and were reviled as traitors by the general Dutch population. A google search reveals quite a lot of detail regarding uniforms.
Why the interest ? Well, I have had a pair of black epaulettes lying around, unidentified for years. One of my friends did a little investigation and had them identified. The internet also turned up a photo of the epaulettes being worn by an NCO.
I apologise for the lack of attribution for this information lifted off the internet, but thanks anyway to whoever posted it.
Regards
Mike
