It, or very similar to it, crops up all the time on ebay for airsofters use.

I cannot find it, but a redtop newspaper in the UK did publish a photograph a few years back of a member of the Parachute Regiment with a similar "Infidel" patch - helpfully in English and Pashto - velcroed to his chest.
