Default Camo patch 'INFIDEL'

Pretty . . . well, 100% sure, it's unofficial, but anyone seen this patch being worn? . . .

I cannot find it, but a redtop newspaper in the UK did publish a photograph a few years back of a member of the Parachute Regiment with a similar "Infidel" patch - helpfully in English and Pashto - velcroed to his chest.
