Just to let you know I would take the advice of the original poster over yours any day of the week. He is an experienced collector and your post is insulting.

He's an experienced collector is he?, so we're all supposed to be aware of that fact are we?, Mike was just trying to be helpful. I think you should come down from your high horse.

No need for this gentleman
I am an experienced collector too and was trying to be helpful not insulting but I always try to learn new things and have done so through this thread re Scottish Horse. It is a massive subject we all enjoy. Lets all just enjoy it.

AD button possibly Admiralty Dockyards. I think there is an old thread on this in the Naval section.
