It's the wrong font for the WKY and I am unaware that an a/a version was made for them as they merged into a RA unit post WW1. Dartford Grammar School did retain the design for their OTC but they changed their badge to a bespoke CCF one in the 1950s.

It's Police or traffic warden I think.

It could be for Kent County Council or one of the many districts in Kent.

It's a traffic wardens badge. I bought hats with them on a while back

Here are the caps I bought at a boot fair a while back. Best £4 I spent, I kept the badges and dumped the caps. One is a duller colour than the other.
