Hmmmmmmm. Id like to see them. The tankies always wore those coloured slip ons rather than metal titles. Ive never come across those shown.

A gold aa RTR title was added to the vocab in March 1993, although that does not mean they were demanded and worn.

So it is clear that an RTR gold anodised shoulder title is very unlikely to surface. However I have had one in my collection for more than 20 years!
Unfortunately it is for the Royal Tasmania Regiment! Tim

Thanks, but I try to limit collecting to British Army badges (see my albums) although inevitably other items get picked up along the way! The RTR title was found in Jersey more than 20 years ago and retained in the hope that it was for the Royal Tank Regiment. I now know it wasn't! Tim
