19th PWO Hussars [hows my Nelly look !!]
Hi to all,picked this Nelly up at a flea market today & being only £3.00 even my wife could'nt argue with that,but only just moved on to Cavalry badges in my collecting so all help welcome,just to add badge is 47mm from end of scroll to end of scroll & 39mm top of Nellys back to base of scroll.

I don't like it. The metal shows signs to the rear that's it's not old.
Still for £3. !!

I can see what you say,in the hand the badge holds up to being a little more worn than in the pics i guess,but as you say £3.00 worth holding onto for the mo. Regards Gerard |

Personally due to the rarity of this badge I would only buy one with provenance but at £3 it's not a bad price for a gap filler Regards Alan |

As you say a rare badge & at £3 worth hanging onto, are you of the oponion that the badge is a 100% copy or is it a bit hard to call in this case ? Thanks Gerard |
