Hi all,
Has any members any information please on the colours and shapes of the steel helmet markings worn by the 3 Dragoon Guards, 5 Dragoon Guards and 5 Lancers serving in the cavalry divisions on the Western Front? Thank you very much. Best regards, Talos |

Hi GriffMJ,
Thank you very much for that info. The other two regiments in the 6 Cavalry Bde - 1 Royal Dragoons and 10 Hussars wore a red 1. R. D and a red silhouette of the POW feathers respectively on the steel helmet. Just cannot find any information on 3 DG. Best regards. Talos |
