Default Ukraine badge

Just spotted this interesting badge in the 'Daily Telegraph' worn by what appears to be a colonel in the Coldstream Guards, judging from his pips. The RM colonel is wearing SBS para wings.

Also an interesting fact is that he is General Staff but has reverted to regimental hat and badges of rank which is a change from the previous direction that the General Staff were not to do that. Clearly the retirement of the old CGS who made the rule has seen the old ways creep back.
