Default Queen Victoria related items

Two commemorative items of the sixtieth anniversary of Queen Victoria's reign: a one faced metal medal (void on the verso) and a smaller badge, possibly a lapel badge or a watch fob (?), inscribed with V R: I guess it could stand for Victoria Regina? any other evidences of similar items? thank you so much in advance for your help!
