Default RMA Sandhurst cap badges

I have this staybright cap badge of RMA on a beret with loops without maker's mark. I have a second one with lug by JR GAUNT LONDON. Do you know where was manufactured the first one ? I wonder if there wasn't a lug before the loops. Thank you.

The loops look like a repair to me .
The Officers cadets wore the std anodised badge with slider ,maybe they still do. Also an anodised that has the EiiR painted gold for the Sovereigns Company. There is an anodised version with 2 stubby lugs north and south for the waist belt plate.

Mike is correct. RMAS wear a slidered version to this day on berets and peaked caps. The cadets were once issued a locally produced black painted badge from stores for exercise wear but I don't know if that is still the case as helmets have been the norm for all exercises for some time.

There is also manufactured lugged version for the white belt's brass plate.
