Another dug button
I was told that this was found in a field in Kent so it presumably once belonged to a French Prisoner of War. If only it could talk.

I cannot see the objects on top of the coronet's band (foliage, pearls?), but it is an English livery button.

There is a wide range of Napoleonic court buttons. All feature a guelphic, continental royal, imperial) crown.
