Default Norwegian button

Unsure if a bona fide military button or not. Has age to it. Tin back, nomaker.
Appreciate any info as to who would have worn and time-frame if possible.

Your button is a fashion button from the 1950s and 1960s.
I do not know if the design was short lived or a reject. A slightly different design exists both as tinback and as a better qualit uniform(?) button. Atop the crown is not the usual christian cross, but a demi-lion holding an axe.

Thanks for that, btns. My button does have a cross on top of the crown.
