Because there is no such thing as a 'Kings Crown' in true royal terms
It is the Imperial State Crown Worn at the State opening of Parliament https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imperial_State_Crown What we call the 'Queens Crown' is the Saint Edwards Crown. Worn at the Coronation https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_Edward's_Crown |
