Here is a Gaunt dot marked Cameron Liverpool Scottish badge I have picked. Silver plated front and a nice quality badge. Having read this thread am I safe to assume it is ok, cheers Dean.

Hello Dean, a nice example, but I'm afraid it is not silver plated. I have an identical one at 19.20g and an unmarked one at 15.18g. The officer's hall marked silver is at 33.87g
It is an ORs badge Pattern 11247/1938 - and worn up to 1967. |

Thanks Julian,
It has a bright shiny finish which I thought was silver plating, happy to have it as a quality OR badge, cheers Dean |
