Southern Rhodesian Air Force Silver pilot wings
Hi there guys
I have seen on the internet some images of a Southern Rhodesian Air Force set of KC silver pilot wings. I have been told they are in Owens book - if so can someone tell me what is said about them as I do not have this book? They are 63 mm wide and are engraved on the back to a female. The normal size for full size metal pilot wings seems to vary from around 75-100 mm. The size of these and the engraving on the back seem to hint that they are sweetheart wings. Any thoughts? Regards Doug |

Doug, Owen just says Southern Rhodesia Air Force Silver Piltos Wings WWII - do you have a photo of the ones on the net please
The one in Owen appears to be about 60mm wide, shield in the middle with pickaxe, leaves ona branch around the lower sides, large KC and of course the wings Regards Wayne
