It is ACF, cant remember which county though, round about 2006/2007 the six Welsh ACF Counties merged to forr three larger counties - it is one of those but I cant remember which one !

Tim it is S.Wales A.C.F I obtained mine from an officer in the cadet force when they had a display/stall in abergavenny If i remember correctly the North Wales was on a green background
