Rot Thompson's book gives 1961 as the date for the narrow scrolls, but no GO #.

Thanks David,
The reason behind my question is that I have flag about 3 feet by 6 feet with the union jack on the upper left corner and a badge of the narrow pattern Q.C. RCOC over a green maple leaf, the whole over a blue background. I know the Canadian flag was first raised in Feb. 1965 and since the narrow pattern was authorized in 1961, this was a somewhat short lived flag. I have been unable to attach the picture of the flag, sorry, I speak three languages but still have problems with the new '' Techno's '' Thanks again Jean Yves |
