Hi Cam,

Amongst the cap badges it looks to me like you have a few fakes in there unfortunately.

Just from a quick glance: 1st, 2nd LG & RHG all have the joined ‘v’. 6th DG I don’t believe was ever produced in all GM?, 7th DG has the skinny arm, 3H has the too deep scroll, 5th L looks suspect, 9th L looks to be the spurious Gaunt badge which there has been a recent thread on, 21st L lacks the accepted voids around cypher and crown.

I also thought the 10th Royal Hussars wore a XRH title instead of 10H?

Never mind, it certainly does not help when some of these badges appear in books and are offered for sale whilst being described as original, in actual fact, on occasion, by individuals who really should know better, worse still, on occasion, by members of this forum.
