Default 22nd Beach Brigade Formation - Views Please

Hi all,
I picked this up this morning, do you think it's OK ? (I suspect cloth may be hard to authenticate via a photo). Thanks for your guidance.

A fake, artificially aged, put on a bit of old Army blanket to obscure the back.

OK guys - don't rub it in... (only joking, thanks for your expert help.)
I'm sticking to cap badges from now on, that said, I've bought a few duds there too !

Don’t despair, there is lots of reference material to cloth, one of the better ones in the books gallery Badges on Battledress
A genuine one

Thanks Paul, I can clearly see the difference now, having a pukka job to compare it with.
I do love cloth and will endeavor to crack-on, picking up the odd item as I mooch around - by the way, that's a lovely Chindit badge (it is Chindit isn't it?)

The swines.
I know where I'd like to shove my four quid penguin on a puttee...

But hey-ho, being an English gentleman, I'll simply turn the other cheek and crack on.
