Default Artists Rifles W/M lugged

I searched a lot of threads and could not find another wm version of this badge on lugs, though it does match one of the OSD versions and also an early brass lugged example (though I can't find the thread). I have read they came in w/m on lugs.

The other thing I noitced was that some have thick lettering and others, like this one have thinner lettering, is this merely manufactures variations or date related?

I also have the collars, which Churchill states on p326 of History of the British Army infantry Collar Badge, that white metal collars were worn by Officers and sergeants with Mess Dress and also with "Patrols" from c. 1919-1939 by 28th (County of London) Battalion the London Regiment (Artists Rifles).
