Default Who gets it

I have two forum members that both want to buy a Norfolk regiment OSD that I have for sell on the forum.One sent a PM first but did not post a reply on the sell thread,The other posted on the thread & PM`d later.
Who gets it ?

In the absence of a specified means of saying "I want to buy it" by posting on the thread or sending a PM, I'd suggest whoever got the request in first by whichever means.

I post on the thread & send a pm both stating clearly that I want to buy.
I don't just post on thread "pm sent" as I've learned from experience on other forums that can mean "I've sent a pm asking if you'll reduce the price, consider a trade, or I'm just trying to put off other prospective buyers while I do some research, decide if I really do want it & whether I can afford it".

I have forgotten to post on thread very occasionally, & I accept that buyers don't necessarily want to tell all & sundry what they're buying.
