One with lugs has no marking. One with a pin is marked "HWM". Is that H W Miller?

I believe it is mate. I've recently picked up a little grouping that I've just listed on greedbay, and it had the pin in it. Wanted to make sure I wasn't going to let a scarce piece go for 99p lol
I love it when items come with photos of the (possible) owner. Happy collecting Jon |

Hi Jon
HW Miller certainly manufactured large numbers of enamel badges, particulary RAF squadron/station brooches that are considered "Golden Age" by collectors (rather than the cheap modern ones sold at Hendon etc). So highly likely they may have made WLA and other official badges. All the best Graham
