Default Glamorgan Local Militia by Nutting & Son

Ok Chaps,

I'm really quite excited about this latest addition to my Militia Button collection, not least of which is because it's a Local Militia example and I do love these early LM buttons.

This one is a gilt finish example to the Glamorgan LM (Ripley #59) by I Nutting & Son.

Cheerio,

Roy

Thanks Andy,

They don't make them like they used to.... These almost flat gilt buttons often look like gold coins to me, they are really that nice.

Cheers,

Roy

Now I'm envious. Great addition to your collection. I have a shoulder belt plate to them.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for that, very pleased indeed to add this to my small collection. Would love to see your shoulder plate if you have a photograph to share?

Cheerio,

Roy

Thanks for that Frank, couldn't agree more.

That's a cracker Kevin, thanks for sharing and 'very' well done on a rare find indeed.

Cheerio,
