Malton Tri-Service Cadets
Aquired at the CSMMI show was this unusual cadet title: MALTON TRI SERVICE CADETS. It is flocked / painted on a canvas like material. It was sewn on at one time. Research has not disclosed much about the unit. There is a cadet corps in Malton, but it is affiliated with the Military Police and was organized in 1968. The designation on the title suggests a pre-unification time period.
Any further information about this cadet unit is welcome.

Are you sure that "MALTON" is referring to the Canadian community near Toronto and not the North Yorkshire town in the UK. Though I have little knowledge of the cadet program in the UK, I did find this reference in the Malton Mercury.

Thanks for the insight. The context surrounding the title lead me to think Canadian. It may be a British cadet title. Now to confirm.

It appears that identification is a dead end. http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/for...ad.php?t=47186
