Can anyone help with these
Inherited 100s of badges from my late father mostly vintage WWI & II British Army, But still coming across ones I cant identify, Foreign or Non Military.
Any help would be appreciated. First one I thought might be Turkish 000_0011.jpg 000_0001 (2).jpg 000_0002 (2).jpg 000_0003 (2).jpg 000_0004 (2).jpg 000_0006 (2).jpg Thanks Paul Last edited by pdpres; 27-04-17 at 11:06 AM. Reason: further info |

Number 4 has the motto Veho, juventus Fortuna, The Letter D&A at the sides and CCF at bottom, (Could it be Combined Cadet Force?)And the small enamelled badge has the word Poccia on blue enamel.

The wreath and horn, badge #2, is the Cameronians, the Scottish Rifles. If it is anodised aluminium then it was worn by cadet forces after the regt disbanded in 1968.
The silver shield #4 is a school Cadet badge for Dollar Academy and one I would be interested in if you were looking to sell it. The others are not British. Alan |

No. 5 is, I believe, the Duke of Edinburgh's award.
Was it worn by D of E Royal Regiment as an award badge for best company or similar? Edit - looks like the standard gold level award brooch. I think DERR had an embroidered cypher and coronet without wreath as an arm badge? Last edited by leigh kitchen; 27-04-17 at 01:06 PM. |

The first badge is one of the Gulf states - possibly Aden?

That is cyrillic for Rossia (Russia) and the eagle looks like that.
