Default what is your favourite australian shoulder title

hi all
there are so many different designs and shapes for british and foreign shoulder titles that got me thinking, what unusual shoulder titles were worn by australians?
one of my favorites would be the NSW Irish, which i think is a great design.
what are your thoughts
bc

Brass shoulder title of the NSW Irish Rifle Regiment, c 1903-1912. The badge, which is in the shape of a voided three leafed shamrock, contains two horizontal bands with the raised words 'NSW' and 'IRISH RIFLES'.

Default My favourite shoulder titles are new (and still scarce:)

My favourite shoulder titles are the new (and still scarce Australian Army Aviation items!

Here is an image of the new metal shoulder titles on issue for Australian Army Aviation Regiments. The images were obtained on a recent visit to the Australian Army Procurement Office. Most collectors and dealers will already be aware of the 1st Aviation Regiment title and will probably have seen those items in circulation this year. However, the 5th and 6th Avn items have generally not been seen outside for the Units (or at least not outside of specialist Defence Procurement holdings).

Happy Collecting and Happy Christmas All!

Hi BC,

I must confess I don't really have many Australian badges, so I guess my favorite would be the one I have. I believe it's quite scarce but must be honest as I don't really know as it's an area I'm not espeically knowledgable about.

Anyway it's a Boer War period New South Wales Imperial Bushman badge.

Cheerio,

Roy
