Default All my notifications going in Spam folder

Hello,

For the past 3 days every notification from the forum is going directly into my BT internet spam folder.

I continually mark them as "Not Spam" but nothing has changed.

Is there something I can do to stop this?

regards

Saying "Not Spam" will probably send it to the Inbox (and onwards if that should be done), but I doubt it will alter the algorithm that put it in the spam box.
Is there no "Green List" where you can put the sender's address?

Hi Simon,

Something similar has happened to me recently. If you go into your BT/Yahoo mail account and mark as not spam and then add the email address into the mail account address book, this should hopefully sort out your problem.

Hope this helps

Regards
Andrew

Indeed, in many web-mail software your address book also acts as a "Green list".

Can you double check the email address in your address book is correct, as it changed a few months back. Just a single character changed I think, so they look very similar.
