Default W Scully website / orders

Hi,

I found the following image, and subsequently the website, via a Google search. Does anybody know if W Scully will accept orders for single items?

Its the lapel badges and Special Constable patch that interest me the most but I don't want 100 of them.

Many thanks in advance for any help,

Phil

I have had no reply from Scully, so I assume they do not take orders for single items.

Did you have any luck Phil?

Like you, I am interested in buying some of their badges but only need one of each type for my collection.

Regards

Hi,

No, I have not received any reply from them at all. Likewise, I emailed the Australian CoC and have had no reply from them either. It would have been nice to even have a 'sorry, no we don't'.

Hi Phil

Thanks for the reply. I agree with you, it is frustrating not even to get a negative reply (Also not good customer service on their part).

What badges are you looking for from the COC?

Hi again,

UK - QVC shoulder belt badge, the same in KC but chromed and an officers cap badge

Canadian - the two sizes of lapel badge and the Special Constable patch from Scully. Quite a few unmarked cap / pouch badge types from both Canada and BC.

Australian - Anything at all, as their badges seem to be almost mythical

Papau New Guinea - Like Australian

New Zealand - Also, like Australian

Its all part of the fun of collecting

Phil

From my understanding Scully only takes orders by the gross, not for individual items. I don't believe they keep extra badges on hand for individual sale. They are likely too busy with gov't contracts to answer individual emails

Jaime is correct. I phoned the company and had the pleasure of speaking with Will Scully. He informed me that badges & insignia are manufactured in exact quantities as specified by Scully Ltd's clients. Therefore, no surplus badges are available for sale. Additionally, some clients (military, police, security) do not want official & proprietary insignia to be available to the general public.

Default CoC (Canadian)

Have you ever seen the small (collar???) badges that have C of C and a number below. (C of C / 173 is the one I'm holding right now) Usually silver (color not metal).
I have had people tell me that they are Det or Patrol badges or even Commissionaire individual badges (their Division number). I have also been told that they are Cadet of Canada (that really does not make sense)
