The one I have shown is good. I'll bet my forum membership on it. I pulled it out of a clearance myself from a friends fathers house!
Ive seen some old boys collections in my time, I've also seen old boys buy the odd repro......but my source was no collector. Look at the orange brass and high detail on the pebbling of the scroll...... I havent got a clue who the seller is of the badge who started the thread but in my opinion I would like better photographs. If sellers are unwilling to make the effort with photographs then the purchase becomes a gamble. As a rule I dont gamble, unless I can easily recover the loss.
