2nd VB East Lancs Sweetheart

Hi,
I would value any opinions on this Sweetheart I got today,
I had seen a recent thread about faked ones.
It is solid and well made in GM and is approx 3cms tall. It does however have 6 petals on the rose.
If correct I would guess it being a Boer War period piece.
