Default Please help with ID of Korean veteran unit

I cannot for the life of me figure out what unit the this soldier served in. This is the only photo I have to work with unfortunately, it is quite small.

at first thought PPCLI but discarded that based on the shape of the collars, and the cap badge looks odd to me. As you can see by the shoulder patch he is certainly from a Canadian Unit.

Hi Cliff, This image is not Korean era. The soldier is wearing the first patten UNEF badge, circa 1956. He appears to have RCASC collars? The 25 Brigade patch was re-purposed as a Canada nationality title.

I agree with Bill, 1st patt UNEF. The date I think is 1956 to 1967 approx
Below is a translated note from a Finnish site on UN badges:-

UNEF's Badge by United
Nations Finnish Company, YKSK,
carried baretissaan December 1956 - December
1957 in the company commander in the
action over the last year.
All UNEF's troops carried the Badge
From December 1956 until the UNEF's
ended in 1967.

I hope this helps and here is mine.
