Default Small curve pattern AG half wing?

If I am correct, this wing is a WW2 era small curve pattern. What about the propeller badge?
Again, your thoughts are welcome.
BR,
D.

Hi,
The wing is a WWII, Royal Canadian Air Force, small curve pattern, Air Gunner's brevet and the prop is a Royal Canadian Air Force Leading Aircraftsman's rank badge worn on the arm.

Default prop badge.

Thank you George. Your assistance is much appreciated. Was the prop badge worn on both arms?
BR,
D.

Yes, on both arms, just above the elbow.

Yes the wing is a good one. The prop would have not have been worn by a qualified air gunner. They would have been promoted usually to a sgt after graduation taking the prop off the tunic and now entitled to wear the stripes. Unless there is a rare chance that someone was demoted but still qualified as an AG to wear the wing. Not likely but things never cease to amaze me. Anyone else want to comment on that scenario?

The curved pattern seems to be specific to RCAF aircrew only, not RAF, and, I believe, associated with the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. Mynarski's photo shows him wearing one: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...x-Mynarski.jpg

Note Mynarski's wing is different from the wing in the thread. His is an Interim Pattern wing before the official patterns were approved. Flaired wing yes, but no crown and no motto
