hello from Kim (Australia)
G'day folks
I'm Kim from Australia. A collector of all things military concerned with Australia's armed forces - mainly WW1 and WW2. Saw a post recently about the Camel Corps badge with a reference they did not have 3 lugs on the reverse. My mate says they did have 3 lugs as he has a badge with same. He paid a lot of money for this badge which to me, does not look old at all. an anyone enlighten me on these badges, what's real and what's fake and points to look for, cheers Kim |

without seeing a pic its hard to say but i've never seen 3 lugs on a camel corps badge and i believe the 3 lugged badges are modern copies. bc |

Welcome to the forum Kim.
All the original Camel Corps badges I have seen only have two lugs. I would be not happy buying one if it had three lugs. There are many copies of Camel Corps badges floating around as well. Mick Quote:
