Default Unknown Medal

I have come across this medal and was wondering if anyone can ID it.
Is it military, civilian, British or Foreign.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers
Malc

Hi Malc,

I 'think'...it is the Order of the St John's Ambulance... or some such thing.

Worth exploring that perhaps?

Roy
