Default NORWEGIAN BADGE CARDS - GAUNT ARCHIVE - HELP PLEASE

I have a couple of cards from the JR Gaunt Archive relating to Norwegian badges.
They are said to mainly be World War 2 - Free Norwegian forces, but any advice would be appreciated
Identification of some is straight forward but there are a lot I do not know.
Any help with identification would be appreciated please.
Many thanks for your help
Mike

Any advice on how to deal with the dreaded verdegis also appreciated

Sorry I do not know how to superimpose reference numbers on images - which would make life easier for explanations. Best I can ask for is something like this if that is OK:

Image 4 - row 1 - item 2 - Generic nationality title - upper left arm
Image 4 - row 2 - Generic nationality flag - upper right arm

Image 4 - row 3 - items 2, 3, 4 and 5 believed to be rank braid for headdress badge (Headdress badge as row 1 - item 3)
Ranks are ...

Many thanks for any help
Regards
Mike

Soak your tainted badges in kitchen vinegar to counter the verdigris.

Hi Mike

Hi Mike

I'm fairly confident in IDing Fig 1 top left as a Norwegian Police cap badge: they wear similar today with a red ground to the shield.

Hope this helps

Graham
