Off subject now but the pre-op nurse says three to five days and she's telling her sisters she will be out Saturday, I've got no chance ??

Back on subject, I hope you've had apologies Peter, from impatient members ??

Dave.

the original query was on 22-11-09 at 5.42 pm. I answered at6.21 pm on 22-11-09. I would call that a quick response. I gave better pics on23-11-09 trying to be a bit more helpfull. On 01-12-09, 10 days after I gave the correct info and no acknowledgement I wrote what I did and I stand by it. Is Peter saying that in those 10 days he didnt have time to say thanks. John.

Now I didn't know any of this!

I wonder if (God forbid) a NAAFI personnel was injured - would the MoD wash their hands of the whole affair? I think if they 'served' with the troops during conflicts - then they should get a medal too ..... of some sort ..... What do ye think?

Naafi Personnel on active service get the same medals as the troops* the're serving with, if the same awarding criteria is met.

* Be they Navy, Army or Airforce.

Hi y'all,

What I LOVE about this place - is that people are willing to share their information and knowledge with newbies and amateurs like myself.

So to ALL who help and share their experiences etc., a heartfelt thank you to ye all.

Meanwhile .... Nollaig shona dhuit - Merry Christmas to ye all.

+ Anthony
