Default Kings Royal Rifles Badge Photo Identification

Hi everyone

I have recently bought this photograph, circa 1900 by a Stroud, Gloucestershire soldier with two very large trophies. I believe the badge on the leather pouch strap would indicate KRRC. Is that correct?

If anyone has anymore information on this, such as what the tropies are for or who the soldier is or any details of the badges/medals, I would very grateful to know. One of the badges on the arm reads BRITISH RIFLE ASSOCIATION 1903.

Thanks again

Andy

The KRRC did not have VB Bns and were London based.

I think you may have a Glosters 2 VB man as they were a Rifles regt.

Wow, great pic JT.

Does anyone know what that trophy is? It looks like a very important trophy.
