Sergeant George Tinsley Thompson,3rd (Auckland) Mounted Rifles,

Sergeant George Tinsley Thompson served with the 3rd (Auckland) Mounted Rifles, New Zealand Mounted Rifle Brigade, Australian and New Zealand Army Corps Mounted Division. His service number was 13/144. He was killed in action at Gallipoli in on 7 August 1915 aged 24.
