CITIZENS VOLUNTEER FORCE BADGES

I have these three badges, two of which are for the Citizens Volunteer Force. They both have different fittings, one with a pin, the other lugs. The third badge I cannot identify. I assume it belongs to the same organisation, but having only "CF" in the centre. I would welcome any help to identify this badge.
