Default Button found more info required

Hi all

Apologies if this is in the wrong section

My father in law found this button whilst digging the garden and would like to know as much information about it as possible please.

The button you have shown dates from 1939 and has a King's Crown. After 1953 when Queen Elizabeth came to the throne, buttons would have a Queen's Crown. Tinto
