Default Bracelet with pips and crowns

I bought 30 years ago a lot with this bracelet made with pips and crowns. Have you an idea about its origin and use ? Thank you

Its a nice piece of sweetheart type jewellery, a bracelet made for an officers wife or possibly daughter.

Thank you for your expertise. I have often seen brooches but more rarely bracelets.

I have a bracelet and earrings somewhere, all pips though, not crowns
